auntie shereen.jpg

My name is Shereen and I have been a Jamaican chef for some 20 years. I have learnt the traditional skills of authentic Jamaican cooking from my mother.

I am the preferred Jamaican caterer for the Nottingham City Council House and a host of WeFiFo. I have catered for events such as Riverside Festival, Nottingham Goosefair, charitable events, Caribbean festivals and other festivals in and around Nottinghamshire along with local Artisan markets.

I am also a member of the National Caterers Association.
